Custom Pet Portraits

Collaborating with people interested in a painting of their pets may be my favorite way to utilize my artistic ability. Whether it’s your dog cooking an Italian dinner or your cat resurrecting a human from the dead… or even a classic styled portrait, together we can create an acrylic painting of your pet that will be cherished forever.

To get started we’ll have a conversation about your ideas and expectations for this portrait. Once we have a plan for the painting I’ll draw up to three sketches for you to choose from, then together we will add and subtract ideas until you’re happy with the proposed portrait.

Custom pet portraits are priced by size and amount of detail in the painting. Each painting can take up to three weeks to complete, so the more time available for me to perfect your painting the better!

Payment is not required until we agree on a sketch. However there will be a small fee if you require more than three sketches to decide what will be used for the final product. I require a 50% deposit after I sketch out the image and we decide what you want, then I’ll take the remaining 50% when it’s complete.
